Talks with Sri Ramana Maharshi, section 616:

"If one concentrates on the Sahasrara there is no doubt that the ecstasy of samadhi ensues. The vasanas, that is the latencies, are not however destroyed. The yogi is therefore bound to wake up from the samadhi, because release from bondage has not yet been accomplished. He must still try to eradicate the vasanas in order that the latencies yet inherent in him may not disturb the peace of his samadhi. So he passes down from the sahasrara to the heart through what is called the jivanadi, which is only a continuation of the Sushumna. The Sushumna is thus a curve. It starts from the solar plexus, rises through the spinal cord to the brain and from there bends down and ends in the heart. When the yogi has reached the heart, the samadhi becomes permanent".

I am also one of the devotees of Great Ramana Maharishi. I liked this article very much hence I am giving it here.

Experiences in Kundalini awakening

There are many experiences associated with kundalini awakening. One of these is the seeing of lights, and it is a blue light know as the Blue Pearl. This is a single tiny light that flashes outside, to the left or centre of the field of vision. A certain kind of inner awakening causes this light to spontaneously manifest. A further step is to see this light inside.

Mantra "SRI VIDYA"

By constantly repeating "Sri Vidya" mantra with attention focused in between the eyebrows i.e. Brumadhya, Kundalini starts Its movement.

When one contemplates deeply, a time will come when there will no mantra, no breath, no mind, will achieve the stillness.

Every thing requires constant practice.

By repeatedly practising one can achieve what one desires.

When there is movement of Kundalini intuition develops and prediction comes naturally.

All good things happen only when there is "Grace". "Grace" is given by GOD.

Meditation Experiences - "Blue Pearl"

I was first initiated into a Mantra by my Revered Mother who was GURU and I continue the mantra japa daily.

I had my first experience of 'Light" in the year 1996 October sitting in the "Prayer Room" at Home doing japa Sadhana. After that I have experienced different colors of light both inside and outside.

When a truth seeker becomes aware of the "I" as a point, yet the attention still flows outward, the point flashes externally as the Blue Pearl. This is my understanding of the external Blue Pearl. Or, if devotion is toward a God in form, that form will manifest, even to the extent of registering as real to all five senses.
