Being in the present is a Gift from GOD. Our mind goes on running hither and thither like a
monkey.
Practice and practice to be in the now, then one can attain bliss. One of the easiest to watch the breath going in and coming out from the nose, then you can always be in the present.
Breath is LIFE, LIFE is GOD, so breath is GOD.
Please close your eyes, thru your mind's eye see the bridge of the nose
watch the breath, if mind starts wandering plz bring it back with gr8 luv
and attention to the task at d hand and in 6 months time, with daily practice
for 2o minutes atleast, one will receive the PRESENT, PRESENCE..........
